Payment methods
- Card payment (debit / credit) through the secure Viva.com environment. Your card details are never stored on our website.
- Bank transfer — account details are shown at checkout. Your order ships once the transfer is confirmed.
- Cash on delivery (Greece only).
- Store pickup in Skyros Chora, with payment on collection.
All prices include 24% VAT.
Shipping within Greece
Orders are shipped with ACS Courier. Delivery usually takes 1–3 working days for mainland Greece and 2–5 working days for the islands, depending on ferry schedules from Skyros. Shipping costs are calculated and shown in your cart before you complete the order. As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with the tracking number.
International shipping
We ship outside Greece too. Because costs vary by country and weight, please contact us before ordering and we will confirm the exact shipping cost and delivery time.
Packaging
Ceramics and fragile items are packed with special care. If an item arrives damaged in transit, let us know within 2 days with a photo and we will replace it at no extra cost.
