Withdrawal & Returns
Right of withdrawal (Greek Law 2251/1994 & Directive 2011/83/EU)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the products.
How to exercise it
Notify us within the deadline with a clear statement — by email at bluecornerskyros@gmail.com or by phone at +30 22220 93543. You may use the model withdrawal form at the end of this page. Then return the products to us within 14 days of your notification.
Condition of returned items
Products must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging, with any labels attached. You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods.
Return costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or the wrong product was sent. We recommend using a registered/tracked service — the risk of the return shipment lies with the sender.
Refund
We will refund the full amount paid (including the original shipping cost, excluding any additional cost if you chose a more expensive shipping method) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of their dispatch, using the same payment method you used.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to: products made to order or personalised (e.g. engraved), sealed items that were unsealed and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g. earrings), and food or local products that were unsealed.
